Your supporters can choose to have their order shipped to your organization along with your brochure sales order, or for a fee, they can choose to have their order shipped directly to their home.

Promoting your Online Fundraising Store - Whether you are having a cookie dough fundraiser for schools or any other organization, you can raise even more money with our online store by offering hundreds of assorted items and donation options. Online sales will make it easy for your participants to contact their family and friends locally and throughout the United States. We will set up an account for your organization, provide you with a unique Group ID for your store, and provide login information for your chairperson's dashboard. Your chairperson will invite their participants to register as a seller by inviting them to visit the online store, enter their Group ID, and click on a link to register as a seller. Visit your chairperson's dashboard to track progress in real time! Students will receive prize credit for their online sales.
Online Cookie Dough Fundraising Shopping Options - Your supporters can have their order shipped to your organization along with your brochure sales order, or they can have their order shipped directly to their homes. Your organization will earn 40% profit on all online sales.
Student Success - The key to a successful online fundraiser is to ensure your students register as sellers and use many options to invite all their friends and family to shop at your online store. We highly recommend encouraging participants to send messages on your sale's first day. Because people are forgetful or may need to be asked more than once before purchasing, we recommend asking your participants to send out emails and posts as a reminder halfway through your sale. A "last chance to order" reminder should be sent a few days before your sale's end. As a chairperson, sending reminders to your participants will be the key to success.
Collect the order forms and money from your sellers after your traditional brochure-selling period (2-3 weeks). Deposit the money in your organization's account and submit the order forms to us for processing. We will provide a shipping label for returning your sellers' order forms. No case requirements exist for the Otis Spunkmeyer fundraiser; order only what you sell!
Cut-Off Dates: We highly recommend starting a fall fundraiser early fall to increase participation and sales. September fundraisers tend to yield significantly higher results than those held later in the season. Starting early also allows ample time to complete the fundraiser and receive the brochure order forms before the following cut-off dates. Please ensure that order forms are submitted by the specified dates below.
Easter: To receive delivery before Easter Sunday, order forms must be returned by the week of March 24th for delivery the week of April 14th.
Mother's Day: Order forms must be returned the week of April 7th for delivery the week of May 5th.
End of School Year/Spring Sports Season: Please allow up to 3-4 weeks, plus transit time, after order forms have been received for data entry to be completed and for the order to be packed, shipped, and delivered.
Thanksgiving: To receive delivery before Thanksgiving, order forms need to be returned by the week of October 16th for delivery the week before November 20th.
Christmas: Order forms should be returned by the week of November 13th for delivery before the Christmas break and by the week of December 18th for delivery before that week.
Oct-Dec Delivery: Please allow up to 4 weeks, plus transit time, after your order forms have been received for data entry to be completed and for the order to be packed, shipped, and delivered.
Once the data entry has been completed, we'll email sales reports and your invoice for the amount due. After reviewing the invoice, you can pay by mailing us a school/business check or money order along with a copy of your invoice. You can also call and pay by Visa or Master Card. We accept purchase orders from public schools with a 15-day payment agreement and will release your order to be shipped upon receipt of a valid purchase order. All orders with our Extravaganza Otis Spunkmeyer cookie dough fundraiser are shipped packed by each seller.
Upon receipt of payment or purchase order, your order will be processed, and the products will be shipped to you, packed by the seller, for distribution to your sellers.
