Room Sprays: Our 17 room sprays are a hit! GLOW room sprays. Spritz & freshen whenever & wherever it's needed for an instant, mood-lifting scent. Profit: Earn a 50% profit on all candle fundraiser brochure sales and online ship-to-group orders when the combined sales are just 100+ items sold and 40% profit if less than 100 items sold. For online sales, your organization will earn a 40% profit on all orders chosen to be shipped to home and on virtual fundraisers.
Online Candle Fundraising Store: Our user-friendly online store can be combined with brochure sales or set up as a 100% virtual online-only fundraiser. When offered with brochures, customers can choose to have their order shipped to their home or your organization. The highest sales are achieved when combining brochure sales with online sales. Note: The highest sales are achieved when combining brochures and online sales.
Price: $15-$36. All but five items are priced at $15 or $25 for simple and easy cash sales and tallying.
Number of pages: Unfold the brochure to show four pages with all products on one side, and turn the page over to view four pages with the order form on the backside.
Recommended for: Groups of any size! There are no minimums to submit an order.
Upfront Costs: None
Shipping: Your combined brochure sale receives free shipping when the total brochure sales are $99 or greater. Supporters shopping online will also receive free shipping with a purchase of $99 or greater. Shipping for ship-to-home orders is $11.95 if sales are less than $99.
Pack-by-Seller: Each seller's order is packed separately and labeled with their name for easy distribution. This service is free for all orders.
Payment: We accept School, Organization, Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Credit Card payments.

The online store is super easy for participants to register and offers a dashboard for the sellers to track their sales, a dashboard for the chairperson to track all registrations and sales, to enter orders and print reports, etc. Supporters can shop with the participant's unique link or with a web address and code and the organization and the individual seller will get credit for the sale. Participants can share a link to their online store with families and friends to shop their online fundraising store by sending emails, texts, and posting on social media. Online fundraising can help your participants reach more potential customers, near and far, that they will not be able to see in person.
Additionally, with in-person sales, should a supporter not have cash or a check on hand, they can be invited to place an online order to ensure your organization will not lose a sale. Your organization earns a 40% profit on all online sales. Local supporters can receive free shipping when choosing ship-to-organization. For ship-to-home orders, supporters receive free shipping with a purchase of $99+ in sales. Otherwise, ship-to-home shipping is a flat-rate $11.95 if their order is less than $99. For best results, combine our online sales with brochure sales. You can opt for a 100% online fundraiser, but remember that online-only fundraisers for any fundraising program will average 85% less in sales when brochure sales are not offered! Coach your participants to concentrate on in-person sales for the best results.

We will review the steps of your GLOW Candles fundraiser with you, provide guidance, and create a customized participant letter for you to share with your participants. The letter will include your goals, why you are fundraising, your end date, who to contact if they have questions, and instructions on how to register as a seller for the online store. We'll also include tips to help increase sales by sharing the online store via email, texts, and posting on social media.
Distribute your GLOW Candles fundraising brochures to your participants and run your fundraiser for approximately two weeks. If customer checks are accepted, make them payable to your organization.
Collect all brochures and payments at the end of your selling period and then call us at 860-384-3691 or email deb@best-fundraising-ideas.com. There are no minimums for submitting your candle fundraiser order. To submit an order packed by the seller, you'll be able to log into your dashboard to easily enter orders by the seller. If you prefer to sort the orders, you can enter the order as one tally. Once we receive your order, you will be emailed an invoice. You'll keep your brochures and profit upfront and remit payment only for your cost.
Pay for your purchase. We accept school or organization checks, cashier's checks, money orders, or payment by credit card. Purchase orders are accepted for public schools. W-9s and vendor applications are provided as needed. With your brochure orders, shipping is free for your GLOW Candles Fundraiser order when the tally of the participant orders is just $99+ in sales. A late order of less than $99 in sales will add an $11.95 shipping fee. A confirmation email will be shared with you once your payment has been received, and your order will then be submitted to our shipping department. Small orders will ship by UPS while larger orders usually ship by a common carrier such as R&L Carriers. We will provide you with shipping updates and the estimated delivery date. Once payment for a candle fundraiser order has been received and payment cleared, you can expect your order to ship within 5-10 business days. We can accept late orders and no minimum order is required.
Profit for your brochure fundraiser: Organizations earn a 50% profit on brochure sales with just 100+ items sold, and a 40% profit if less than 100 items are sold. Online ship-to-organization sales combine with your brochure sales to qualify for 50% profit. Once you close your fundraiser, your profit from your online sales will be credited to your invoice. For virtual fundraisers, a check for 40% of your online sales will be mailed to your organization.
