Participants can share a link to their online fundraising store with families and friends, and encourage them to shop by sending emails, texts, and posting on social media. Online fundraising can help your participants reach more potential customers, near and far, that they will not be able to see in person.
Additionally, with in-person sales, if a supporter does not have cash or a check on hand, they can be invited to place an online order to ensure your organization does not lose the sale. Your organization earns a 40%-50% profit on its sales. Local supporters can receive free shipping when choosing the ship-to-organization option. For ship-to-home orders, supporters receive free shipping on purchases of $99 or more. Otherwise, ship-to-home shipping is a flat rate of $11.95 for orders under $99. For best results, combine our online sales with brochure sales. You can opt for a 100% online fundraiser, but remember that online-only fundraisers for any fundraising program will average 85% less in sales when brochure sales are not offered! There are no minimums for submitting your candle fundraiser order. To submit an order packed by the seller, log in to your dashboard and easily enter it for each seller. If you prefer to sort the orders, you can enter them as a single tally. Once we receive your order, you will be emailed an invoice. You'll keep your brochures and profit upfront and remit payment only for your cost.
Pay for your purchase. We accept school or organization checks, cashier's checks, money orders, or credit card payments. Purchase orders are accepted for public schools. W-9s and vendor applications are provided as needed. For your brochure orders, shipping is free for your GLOW Candles Fundraiser once the tally of participant orders reaches $99 or more. A late order under $99 will incur an $11.95 shipping fee. A confirmation email will be sent to you once we receive your payment, and your order will then be submitted to our shipping department. Small orders will ship by UPS, while larger orders usually ship by a common carrier such as R&L Carriers. We will provide you with shipping updates and the estimated delivery date. Once payment for a candle fundraiser order has been received and payment cleared, you can expect your order to ship within 7-10 business days. We accept late orders, and there is no minimum order.
Profit for your brochure fundraiser: Organizations earn 50% profit on brochure sales when 100+ items are sold, and 40% when fewer than 100 items are sold. Online ship-to-organization sales, combined with your brochure sales, qualify for a 50% profit. Once you close your fundraiser, your profit from your online sales will be credited to your invoice. For virtual fundraisers, a check for 40% of your online sales will be mailed to your organization.
