Our Tons of Prizes program is available on orders submitted as packed-by-sellers, not for bulk orders. Individual student/participant order forms can't be combined to qualify for higher-level prizes, and we reserve the right not to ship prizes if the organization abuses the purpose of the prize program.

Youth Fundraising Prize Program - Tons of Prizes
We will customize a participant letter to include why you are fundraising, your goal, closing date, whom to make checks payable to, if applicable, and whom to contact if any participant has questions. The letter will include the steps for a participant to register, the online store web address, your Group ID, tips for promoting the fundraiser through email, text, and social media, and steps for your customers to place an order.
Explain your fundraising goals with your members and set a minimum number of items for each participant to sell. Show the brochure to friends, family, co-workers, etc., and collect orders and payments. Supporters can pay your organization by cash or check or use their devices to process payments on an encrypted, secure payment portal.
Collect the order forms and money from your sellers after your traditional brochure-selling period (2-3 weeks). Cash and checks are deposited in your organization's account, and the order forms are submitted to us for processing. We will provide a shipping label for returning your seller's order forms. No case requirements exist for our Poppin' Popcorn fundraiser when ordered and packed by the seller! Order only what you sell!
Shipping: Receive free shipping for your brochure sales with 400+ items sold. Once the data entry has been completed, we will email sales reports and your invoice for the amount due. We will deduct your online sales profit from the amount owing on your brochure sales, or vice versa if your online sales are higher. Your organization keeps the profit you earned upfront. After reviewing the invoice, you can pay by mailing a school/business check or money order along with a copy of your invoice. A fee is added if you pay by credit card. We accept purchase orders from public schools with a 15-day payment agreement and will release your order to be shipped upon receipt of a valid purchase order. All orders with our Poppin' Popcorn fundraiser are shipped packed by each seller at no additional fee.
Upon receipt of payment or purchase order, your order will be processed, and the products will be shipped to you for distribution to your sellers. The shipper will schedule the delivery date and time, you will receive a call from the shipping company with the date and time of your delivery, and the organization will need someone available to accept the delivery. A school or business address is required for the delivery. We cannot deliver to an athletic field. If delivery will be to a private gym or similar location, please note that the shipping company will set the delivery date and time, and they cannot accommodate the specific date and time requests. Smaller orders will ship to a business or school address by UPS or FedEx, and tracking will be provided. We do our best to ship your fundraising order within 3-4 weeks after receiving your order forms and payment. Please allow 3-5 days for transportation time.

We will enter your orders and email your invoice for only the amount due. You'll keep your profits upfront, and we'll ship your products packed by the seller.

Product categories can be removed upon request. Online sales will provide you with a larger market of supporters throughout the Continental United States. To include online sales, we will set up an account for you and provide a letter you can distribute in person or email your participants. Your supporters can choose to have their order shipped to your organization along with your brochure sales order, or for a fee, they can choose to have their order shipped directly to their home.
Your organization will earn a 40% profit on all sales. You'll receive a coordinator login so you can track progress in REAL-TIME! Students will receive prize credit for their online sales. An optional 70% profit donation category can be added.
